On the 24 and 25 August I was very proud to celebrate Seniors Week in Dickson with the support of the Dickson Seniors' Council, a voluntary non-profit organisation representing seniors in Dickson.
For many years I have proudly been a supporter of the Dickson Seniors' Expo, having started this event in 2004.
It was wonderful to see both young and more mature members of the Dickson community come together in Strathpine to attend this event.
The Expo provided seniors with the opportunity to access important information, products and knowledge on topics of interest to them.
I thank all those who attended and the hard-working Dickson Seniors' Council for their time and efforts once again.
